From an early age Chef Rurak loved and appreciated all things gastronomical. After graduating from The Culinary Institute in Palm Beach, Florida, Chef Rurak worked in some of the East Coast’s top restaurants, refining his craft and learning from some of the best chefs in the region. It was during this time that Chef Rurak’s passion for local seafood developed as well, and it was only natural that when Chef Rurak moved to Virginia Beach, he was inspired by all of the delicious local fare Virginia Beach has to offer.
